About the role
We are looking for an Executive Back-End Non-Voice Email Customer Service professional to manage client communications via email. The role involves reading, interpreting, and acting on customer inquiries while maintaining high standards of service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Read and understand incoming client emails and respond accurately.
- Take appropriate actions based on email content, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to different shift schedules as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Continuously monitor email queues to meet service level agreements.

- Strong reading and writing proficiency in English.

- Team‑player attitude with flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
