About the role

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the General Manager, delivering consistent and high‑quality administrative support. This position is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations within the hotel’s leadership team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the General Manager, including document preparation and filing.
  • Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office applications to create reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Support the General Manager with routine office tasks and coordination of internal communications.

Required profile

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in a hotel or large corporate environment.
  • Strong computer literacy with a focus on Microsoft Office and email tools.

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
