Entry-Level Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry‑Level Sales Representative to join 3M’s sales team in Chennai. You will support the company’s growth by covering assigned accounts and territories, while learning the fundamentals of selling in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets for assigned accounts or geographic territory.
• Provide sales coverage and maintain relationships with customers under close supervision.
• Escalate issues not covered by standard procedures to senior sales staff or the area sales manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or individual with a demonstrated aptitude for sales.
• Strong curiosity, creativity and willingness to take risks on new ideas.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety standards.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
