Enterprise Supply Chain Project Coordinator

About the role

3M is seeking an experienced Enterprise Supply Chain Project Coordinator to support global initiatives from its Bangalore office. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare executive‑ready meeting and presentation materials, consolidating inputs and ensuring consistent formatting.
• Support project execution by gathering and organizing key content such as gate‑review lessons learned, action items, and recommended next steps.
• Manage recognition activities that highlight team and project contributions.
• Track action items and deliverables using MS Planner, follow up with owners, monitor progress, and prepare updates for senior‑level reporting.
• Coordinate purchase order activities from launch through receipt, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee contingent worker onboarding, including requisition support, recruiting coordination, and system access readiness.
• Leverage AI, transcription, and data‑analysis tools to summarize meetings, identify action items, and share practical use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to analyze data and Excel files to generate reports, spot trends, and provide actionable insights.
