Employee Listening Analyst

About the role

In this role you will support the roll‑out of the Employee Listening strategy, collect and analyse data, and share insights with markets and zones. You will act as the point of contact for the NBS Center for People Analytics, providing methodology, tools, visualisation, governance support and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy to market SPOCs on employee listening tools, methods, survey design and data visualisation.
• Implement and improve standards, frameworks, tools and methodology for Qualtrics, including technical support.
• Prepare inputs for HR master data and analytics governance to ensure end‑to‑end alignment across HR functions.
• Support capability building on Qualtrics adoption, assisting employee listening champions, HR professionals and line managers.

Required profile

• Master’s level education or equivalent.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in an HR function (CoE, CoS, HRBP) within a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional and geographical projects.
• Solid analytical skills and familiarity with statistical methods for HR problems.
