Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to boost guest retention, repeat bookings, and direct revenue for our hospitality and travel business. The role will use Dailypoint CRM, segmentation, personalization and automation to turn one‑time guests into loyal customers while reducing reliance on OTA commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch automated lifecycle campaigns (pre‑stay, post‑stay, anniversary, seasonal and behavioural).
• Own guest segmentation based on stay history, preferences, spend data and communication consent.
• Develop and optimise end‑to‑end customer journeys focused on retention, repeat bookings and loyalty.
• Monitor and improve email deliverability, open, click‑through and conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to align CRM campaigns with commercial objectives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Mandatory hospitality, hotel or OTA experience.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and email marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization and lifecycle marketing.
• Analytical mindset with ability to measure, interpret and optimise campaign performance.
