About the role

PolyUno is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full outbound email process for multiple clients. You will design, write, and launch high‑deliverability cold email campaigns while managing the technical infrastructure that powers them.

Key responsibilities

• Write compelling copy, design, and execute outbound email sequences across several client accounts.
• Manage the entire email stack: purchase domains, configure DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), set up workspaces, and run warm‑up sequences.
• Use automation tools such as Make.com, Clay, or similar platforms to add personalized intros and build AI‑driven workflows.
• Build and segment prospect lists, conduct A/B testing of subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
• Track open rates, reply rates, and conversions; make data‑driven adjustments to improve performance.
• Work with outreach platforms including Outreach, EmailBison, Klaviyo, and ZapMail.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of hands‑on outbound or cold‑email experience.
• Deep familiarity with end‑to‑end email processes: domain acquisition, inbox warming, list building, segmentation, and testing.
• Proficiency with Outreach, EmailBison, ZapMail and automation tools like Make.com or Clay.
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude, GPT) to enhance copy and strategy.
