About the role

Springer Nature is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Editorial Board Resourcing Associate to support journal growth by identifying and recruiting high‑quality researchers for editorial boards. The role works closely with Editors‑in‑Chief, publishing teams and technology partners to build strong relationships within the academic community.

Key responsibilities

• Support journal Editors‑in‑Chief and publishing teams in editorial board recruitment using data‑driven analysis.
• Develop and maintain datasets that match journal scope and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen and vet potential board members to ensure relevance and compliance with ethical standards.
• Apply project‑management techniques to drive recruitment activities across multiple journals.
• Engage with external Editors‑in‑Chief and internal stakeholders, communicating goals and processes clearly.
