Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant (Finance)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant to lead finance module implementations for Indian clients. You will work directly with customers to understand their requirements, design solutions, and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design finance solutions within D365 FO.
• Lead workshops, configure and customize GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank Management, and budgeting modules.
• Ensure Indian localization, GST, and taxation reporting compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless integration with other modules.
• Provide support during UAT, Go‑Live, and post‑implementation phases.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best practices and process improvements.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations finance modules.
• Minimum three end‑to‑end ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Indian statutory compliance, GST, and localization.
• Preferably a CA, ICWA, MBA Finance, or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• Excellent client‑facing, communication, and presentation skills.
