About the role
We are looking for a passionate Drawing & Sketching Teacher to guide design aspirants from beginner to intermediate levels. The role involves delivering both online and offline classes, providing feedback, and mentoring students on academic and career goals.
Key responsibilities
- Teach fundamental and advanced drawing techniques through live online sessions and in‑person classes.
- Provide constructive feedback on student work, correct answer sheets, and publish results.
- Prepare test papers, conduct mock exams, and evaluate mark sheets to track progress.
- Mentor students on portfolio development, internships, career opportunities, and college admissions for design programs.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and create a positive, creative classroom environment.
- Organise outreach activities such as workshops, school visits, and design competitions to promote design education.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture or a related field.
- 1–3 years of teaching or relevant experience in design coaching.
