Digital Marketing Specialist – Night Shift (On-site, Kolkata)

About the role

Comparison Junction is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to join its New Town, Kolkata office on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours. The role focuses on planning, executing, optimizing and measuring campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, email, AI voicebots and other digital channels to generate qualified leads and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run social‑media campaigns, manage content calendars and optimise performance based on data.
• Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing journeys, segment audiences and monitor engagement metrics.
• Create AI‑voicebot marketing flows, write scripts and analyse connect and conversion rates.
• Plan targeted email programs, conduct A/B testing and maintain clean mailing lists.
• Track cross‑channel performance, build dashboards and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and technology teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with social media, WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to generate and convert qualified leads.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
