Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can take end‑to‑end ownership of our digital growth initiatives – from running campaigns and analysing performance to collaborating with creators and creative teams to continuously build better‑performing ads. The role combines performance marketing, creative strategy and e‑commerce growth for a fast‑growing celebration‑wear jewellery brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, catalogue and shopping formats.
• Monitor core metrics such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC and CVR, and adjust budgets and spend allocation based on performance.
• Identify winning products, audiences, creatives and campaign structures, then scale them systematically.
• Develop creative briefs, work with in‑house designers, external agencies and influencers to produce performance‑driven ads, and maintain a continuous creative testing pipeline.
• Collaborate with founders and the e‑commerce team to improve the full customer acquisition funnel, including landing pages, product pages, offers, bundles and upsells.
• Coordinate campaigns around key commercial moments such as new launches, wedding seasons and festivals.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of hands‑on digital/performance marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and solid understanding of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Comfortable analysing data and making decisions based on performance metrics.
• Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, creators or creative agencies.
• Ownership mindset, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
