Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to drive our paid performance campaigns and enhance our online presence. The role involves managing Meta and Google advertising, tracking analytics, and optimizing website SEO to generate leads and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage performance‑driven campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Set up, monitor, and analyze website performance and traffic using Google Analytics.
• Implement end‑to‑end tag and pixel tracking via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Conduct periodic website audits and execute on‑page SEO optimizations.
• Manage daily social media marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and community interaction.
• Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and prepare actionable performance reports to continuously optimize campaigns.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot tracking issues, and manage multiple marketing tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (PPC) management.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation.
• Meta Pixel implementation for conversion tracking.
• On‑page SEO, website audits, and basic keyword research/traffic analysis tools.
• Social Media Marketing and community management.
