DevOps Engineer (Level 4)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Level 4) to partner with application teams and developers. The role focuses on automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes across the full software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring.
• On‑board applications onto the DevOps toolchain and configure them according to client requirements.
• Create and manage user access workflows, ensuring compliance with defined processes.
• Build and customize DevOps tools based on client specifications and collaborate with developers to script necessary integrations.
• Automate testing and deployment activities, providing timely support to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve tickets within agreed service levels.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to work closely with development, operations and testing teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with proven problem‑solving skills.
