Cybersecurity Engineer – Mumbai

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. As an individual contributor, you will design, implement, and monitor security controls that protect our technology assets from intentional or accidental threats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and enforce security policies and controls across the organization.
• Perform procedures to safeguard information systems and prevent unauthorized access or destruction.
• Educate and guide the user community on security best practices.
• Evaluate security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Balance business needs with security considerations and report findings to management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior security staff.

Required profile

• Associate degree (or equivalent) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate security issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
