Cyber Security Trainer (On-site, Bhopal)

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Trainer to deliver hands‑on, practical training that prepares students for real‑world security roles. The role combines classroom instruction with lab creation, mentorship, and curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging sessions on Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Web Security and SOC.
• Train students on tools such as Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Wireshark, Kali Linux and OWASP utilities.
• Design and build hands‑on labs, assignments, CTF challenges and real‑world projects.
• Prepare students for technical interviews, assessments and industry certifications.
• Track student performance, provide actionable feedback and mentor project work.
• Stay current with emerging vulnerabilities, attack techniques and security trends.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum and learning content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong practical knowledge of networking, operating systems, ethical hacking, VAPT, incident response and SOC operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux/Kali Linux environments.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and manage a classroom.
• Previous training or teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
