Cyber Security Architect & Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior Cyber Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of security solutions across risk assessment, identity management, vulnerability management, network protection and governance. The role works closely with auditors, regulators and senior leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards and to protect critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security risk assessments, gap analyses and develop mitigation plans aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR and other regulations.
• Design and implement Identity & Access Management solutions, including MFA, SSO, PAM and RBAC, supporting platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, PingFederate and CyberArk.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration‑testing reviews and define remediation actions to improve the security posture of applications and infrastructure.
• Architect secure network segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, proxies and web security controls, and define monitoring and logging requirements.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, operating procedures and support board‑level security reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security architecture, risk assessment and compliance.
• Strong background in IAM design, vulnerability management and network security.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and support audit and regulatory activities.
