Customer Support Representative & Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Representative and Telesales Executive you will handle inbound and outbound communications, resolve issues, and promote our products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, chats and provide accurate information on products and services.
• Document interactions and update the CRM system promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑up, surveys, feedback collection and promotional activities.
• Assist in lead generation and sales support through proactive outreach.
• Meet outbound call targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• High school graduate (12th pass) or higher; a degree in business or communications is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in a BPO or call‑center environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Basic computer operation skills.
