About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our voice‑process team in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in a fast‑growing BPO environment and develop strong customer‑service skills.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately record all interactions and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly process targets.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts; only day shifts are offered to female candidates.
