Customer Service Representative – Voice Process (Pune)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Voice Process team in Pune. The role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels, ensuring customers receive accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (as per company requirements).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a willingness to learn.
• 0‑2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or related fields; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
