About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Pune and Mumbai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduate (freshers welcome) with 0‑2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑centric attitude and willingness to learn.
