Customer Service Representative – International (Associate)

About the role

Join Bill Gosling Outsourcing as an Associate Customer Service Representative focused on international customers. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring accurate customer records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Provide detailed information about product features and services.
• Assist customers with complaints, questions, and problem resolution.
• Update and maintain customer files in compliance with regulatory, client‑specific, and corporate guidelines.
• Meet BGO and client metrics for service quality and satisfaction.
• Champion company core values and participate in additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (both accepted).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call‑center role is preferred but not mandatory.
