Customer Service Representative – Inbound/Outbound (Pune/Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Customer Service team in Pune (and Mumbai). As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound and outbound interactions, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service, and process information to customers.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) or fresh graduate.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (including UK‑based hours).

Required skills
