Customer Service Representative – E‑Commerce Blended Process

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its E‑Commerce Blended Process team in Mohali. As a Customer Service Representative you will handle customer interactions through chat and email, delivering prompt and accurate solutions while contributing to a seamless online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and concerns via chat and email platforms.
• Provide clear, timely, and accurate resolutions to issues.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Support e‑commerce services by ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end customer journey.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of customer handling and voice support principles.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (5 days on, 2 days off).
• Ability to resolve queries professionally and efficiently.
• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.

What we offer

• CTC of ₹28,000 per month.
• Training period with an in‑hand salary of ₹20,000.
• Post‑training in‑hand salary of ₹23,000.
