About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our voice process team as Customer Service Executives in Pune. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product and service information, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Understand customer queries and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers with product, service, and process‑related information.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction.

Required profile

  • 0–2 years of experience in voice process, BPO, customer service, or call center, or fresh graduates with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal English communication.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple calls and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy.
