Customer Service Executive – Cloud & Security Operations

About the role
The Customer Service Executive will support Tata Communications’ Cloud and Security customers, handling queries and operational issues. This role ensures timely resolution of incidents while maintaining high service quality in a 24x7 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of reported customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system or application problems.
- Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Monitor and meet service level agreements (SLAs) proactively.
Required profile
- Graduate with 0‑4 years of experience.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities.
- Prior experience in fast‑paced, high‑availability, 24x7 customer service environments.
- Willingness to stay updated on latest technologies in the domain.
Required skills
- Understanding of the OSI Model.
- Basic IP routing concepts.
- Subnetting.
- Network Address Translation (NAT).
