Customer Service Associate – Gurgaon/Noida

About the role

Mahindra First Choice Wheels Limited is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver high‑quality support to its clients in the Gurgaon/Noida region. You will act as a primary point of contact, helping customers through phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions while promoting a positive brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email and in‑person channels.
• Understand client needs, address concerns and offer effective solutions.
• Maintain and update client records using CRM software to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and support business growth.
• Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and communication skills.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Ability to build and sustain lasting client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software for client management.
