About the role

As a Customer Service Associate based in Gurgaon, you will be the first point of contact for Registerkaro’s clients, handling inquiries through phone, email, or chat. You will provide clear guidance, product information and appropriate solutions, while ensuring each interaction is recorded accurately in our system. This role supports the company’s mission to drive innovation through technology‑enabled incorporation and compliance services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, emails, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide clear guidance, product information, and tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
• Assist clients throughout their onboarding and compliance processes.
