About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our international voice process in Pune. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

Handle customer calls for international clients professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process guidelines and quality parameters.
Document customer interactions appropriately.

Required profile

Undergraduate or graduate freshers are eligible.
Graduates with experience in International Voice/BPO are also welcome.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Customer‑focused mindset and problem‑solving ability.
