CRM Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within the healthcare domain. The role operates in a fast‑paced Agile environment, bridging business needs with technical delivery to ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with onsite Business Analysts and customer teams to gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Act as liaison between onsite and offshore teams for Dynamics 365 CRM requirements.
• Drive product owner demos and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria and maintain product backlogs using Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• Perform gap analysis between current processes and Dynamics 365 capabilities, recommending improvements.
• Work closely with developers, testers, architects and SMEs to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, create training materials and support change‑management activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and continuously identify automation opportunities using Dynamics 365 features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• 3‑7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement and related modules).
• Proven experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data standards and compliance requirements.
