Remote LLM Trainer (Agent Completion Tasks)

About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote LLM Trainer to help foundational large language model companies improve their systems. You will generate high‑quality multi‑turn conversations that serve as fine‑tuning data and evaluation benchmarks for AI assistants that use function‑calling tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic multi‑turn dialogues between users and AI assistants that incorporate tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Play both the user and the assistant, including appropriate tool calls and corrections.
• Select when and how the assistant uses tools to ensure logical flow and correct function usage.
• Produce conversations that demonstrate natural language, intelligent behavior, and contextual understanding.
• Follow defined formatting and quality guidelines using an internal playbook.
• Iterate on examples based on reviewer feedback to improve realism and clarity.
• Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain consistency and high standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
• Experience with any programming language and a strong grasp of APIs and data formats such as JSON.
• Excellent logical and technical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to break down complex tasks and simulate realistic dialogues.
• Strong written communication skills.
