Content Head – Lead Content Strategy & Team

About the role

We are seeking a Content Head to lead our content strategy and oversee a multidisciplinary team. The role combines creative vision with analytical insight to produce engaging, high‑quality multimedia content across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, publish, write, edit and proofread content for websites, blogs, email newsletters and social media.
• Develop and implement cross‑platform content strategies aligned with short‑ and long‑term marketing goals.
• Manage a team of writers, graphic designers, videographers and other creators, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Plan and execute content projects, ensuring scope, timelines, resources and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate content calendars to guarantee timely delivery of all assets.
• Analyze content marketing metrics, generate insights and adjust tactics as needed.
• Deliver accurate, engaging multimedia content that resonates with the digital audience.
• Research and create original, industry‑specific content for sectors such as technology, travel and more.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring content meets expectations and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with SEO, social media and performance teams to maximize reach and impact.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of agency experience or a similar role leading content initiatives.
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically, balancing innovation with data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent client management skills with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
• Strong research abilities to generate original, unique content across various industries.
