About the role
Coordinate and oversee medication therapy management to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Conduct clinical pharmacokinetics evaluations to adjust dosages and optimize therapeutic drug levels.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate medication therapy management programs.
- Conduct clinical pharmacokinetics evaluations and adjust dosages.
- Perform drug utilization reviews to improve safety and efficacy.
- Provide patient counseling on medication adherence and side effects.
- Engage in pharmacological research to support evidence‑based practice.
- Implement therapeutic drug monitoring protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop clinical guidelines and treatment pathways.
- Support pharmacy staff in maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
Required profile
- B.Pharm degree.
- MD in Pharmacology.
