Cafe Experience Executive

About the role

The Cafe Experience Executive is a guest‑facing, on‑site position responsible for the smooth daily operation of the café counter and basic food service. You will interact directly with guests, take orders, handle billing, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders, process them accurately, and handle billing through the café’s system.
• Prepare and serve basic food and beverage items according to established recipes.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well‑organized kitchen and counter area.
• Ensure food is prepared and served while meeting hygiene and quality standards.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the team when supplies need replenishment.
• Respond to basic guest queries and provide information about the café.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and communicate in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Willingness to learn and undergo training in basic food preparation and café operations.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and personal grooming.
• Friendly, positive, and helpful attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy café environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Prior café, hospitality, or customer‑service experience is an advantage (training provided).
