Brand Marketing Manager

About the role

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead go‑to‑market strategies and growth initiatives for retail learning programs, driving acquisition across multiple channels and converting prospects into paying participants.

Key responsibilities

• Define quarterly growth initiatives and go‑to‑market strategies for retail learning programs.
• Build acquisition programs across search, social, performance media, messaging, email, communities and offline activations.
• Design learner journeys that convert prospects into registrations and paying participants.
• Create and continuously refine targeted campaigns for different learner segments.
• Use CRM and automation tools to manage prospects, automate follow‑ups and improve lead‑to‑enrolment movement.
• Partner with sales, trainers, subject experts and delivery teams to improve campaign outcomes.
• Oversee marketing assets such as web pages, creatives, emailers, brochures and promotional content.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify drop‑offs, improve funnel performance and optimise spend.
• Track acquisition cost, lead quality, conversion rates, enrolments, revenue contribution and campaign ROI.
• Guide and develop the marketing team while managing priorities, timelines and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2C/growth marketing experience, preferably in Education, EdTech, Training or consumer services.
• Demonstrated experience in acquisition, demand creation and conversion‑focused marketing.
• Strong exposure to CRM, marketing automation, lead nurturing, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
• Working knowledge of digital acquisition, SEO, landing pages, analytics and conversion optimisation.
• Strong analytical thinking, team leadership, communication and execution skills.
