About the role

The Branch Operations Manager – Micro Business Loans oversees daily branch activities related to loan disbursement and customer relationship management. This position ensures that micro‑business loan processes are executed efficiently, within defined turnaround times, and in compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end disbursement of micro‑business loans, ensuring adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards.
• Verify loan cases on the bank’s system according to company policies and parameters.
• Coordinate regularly with Sales, Credit, and FCU teams to implement process and policy updates.
• Mentor and coach senior team members to foster a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
• Attract and retain talent to support the bank’s rapid growth objectives.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline); postgraduate degree is optional.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or customer service within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of loan disbursement processes and stakeholder coordination.
