Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

The Azure DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes. The role supports containerized workloads on AKS and Kubernetes, ensuring reliable and repeatable releases across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation.
• Manage source control workflows, branching strategies, and release processes for multiple environments.
• Support deployments to AKS and Kubernetes clusters, applying rolling updates, blue/green, or canary patterns.
• Automate infrastructure and application delivery tasks to reduce manual effort.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot failures, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate quality gates, approvals, and deployment validations.
• Implement secure DevOps practices, including secrets handling, access controls, and audit‑friendly processes.
• Maintain documentation for pipelines, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. degree.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Releases).
• Experience with AKS and Kubernetes for application deployments and operational support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines.
• Effective collaboration and clear communication with cross‑functional teams.
