Associate US Recruiter (Non‑IT)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven US Non‑IT Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, environmental services, oil & gas, construction and other non‑IT roles across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for non‑IT positions across multiple US business units.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on job requirements and hiring manager expectations.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster), LinkedIn, internal databases and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates for experience, fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback and maintain candidate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a US recruiter focused on non‑IT roles.
• Hands‑on sourcing ability and experience with W2 recruitment.
• Familiarity with skilled trades, logistics, environmental services and corporate functions such as HR, finance and sales.
• Proven ability to work in US time zones and manage high‑volume pipelines.

Required skills

• Experience with VMS tools.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
