Associate SOC FS – Cyber as a Service (Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for an Associate in Security Operations Center (SOC) focused on Cyber as a Service within its Advisory practice. The role involves protecting client systems by monitoring threats, analysing incidents and supporting security operations across India.

Key responsibilities

• Round‑the‑clock threat monitoring and detection.
• Analyse suspicious, malicious or abnormal behaviour.
• Perform alert triage, initial assessment, incident validation, and assign severity and urgency.
• Prioritise security alerts and create incidents according to SOPs.
• Report and escalate findings to stakeholders.
• Manage SOC platforms, automation, asset integration and threat intelligence.
• Conduct threat hunting activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SOC, incident management, incident response, threat detection engineering, vulnerability management, automation, asset integration, threat intel management or threat hunting (L1).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same areas for a senior level (L2).
