Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and security hardening activities.
- Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
- Administer IIS web servers and related Windows services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure and support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot server, network, and application-related issues.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure stable operations.
