Associate Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Accountant to join our fast‑growing accounting and advisory firm. This remote position serves clients across India and Pakistan, offering hands‑on experience with diverse businesses from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial statements, workpapers, and leadsheets for accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and managers to resolve client issues and improve processes.
• Support team leads in developing and maintaining internal documentation and performance standards.
• Perform core accounting tasks such as reconciliations, bookkeeping, and transaction processing.
• Work with accounting platforms including QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite.
• Assist with client communications and deliverables.

Required profile

• Ambitious early‑career accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Curious, detail‑oriented, and proactive in learning and problem‑solving.
