Assistant Manager - Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales will lead the sales of 75F’s IoT‑based building automation and energy efficiency solutions for the Northern Region of India. Based in Delhi, the role requires 6‑8 years of experience in HVAC, building controls or energy management sales and a strong ability to engage architects, contractors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of 75F solutions and services across the Northern Region, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Network with clients, builders, contractors, architects and consultants to generate new business opportunities.
• Deliver product presentations and demos, addressing pricing, features and technical fit.
• Maintain customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare sales and business reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management.
• Match 75F solutions to customer needs, conduct site surveys, audits and assist in proposal preparation.
• Expand existing accounts and position 75F as a strategic partner.
• Mentor the sales team and plan succession.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech from a reputable university.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, primarily in HVAC, building controls or energy management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Experience selling through both channel and enterprise models.
• Strong communication, project management and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard CRM tools.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC, building controls and energy management solutions.
