Assistant Manager Sales – Branson

About the role

The Assistant Manager Sales will lead techno‑commercial activities for Branson across Pune, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh. You will create new business, grow existing accounts and drive revenue while working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver top‑class customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets and forecast revenue accurately.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with OEMs, Tier‑1/Tier‑2 suppliers and manufacturers.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to shape short‑ and long‑term growth plans.
• Present technical and commercial solutions that address quality, delivery and value requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to ensure mutual success.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM and CPQ systems and support order fulfilment and payment collection.
• Collaborate with application engineering, manufacturing, logistics and service teams for successful project execution.
• Promote Branson’s portfolio including plastic joining, precision cleaning, metal welding, clean vibration, laser welding, infrared welding and pulse staking technologies.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of sales experience in industrial or technology markets.
• Proven ability to build long‑term customer relationships and expand market presence.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a matrixed, global environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and CPQ systems.
• Knowledge of laser welding, infrared welding and pulse staking technologies.
• Experience in plastic joining, precision cleaning and metal welding solutions.
