Assistant Manager – Sales (Bengaluru)

About the role

75F is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales to lead the sales of its HVAC and energy‑management solutions across the Northern Region of India. Based in Bengaluru, you will work closely with builders, contractors, architects and consultants to grow the business and position 75F as a strategic partner.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of 75F solutions and services, targeting the Northern Region.
• Network and meet regularly with clients, builders, contractors, architects and consultants.
• Deliver presentations and product demos, addressing pricing and feature queries.
• Maintain customer engagement throughout the lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide management with sales reports and forecasts on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Match solutions to customer needs, challenges and technical requirements.
• Expand accounts and elevate 75F to a strategic position within key customers.
• Set up pre‑sales support for site surveys, audits and project proposals.
• Mentor the sales team and plan succession.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech and MBA from reputable universities.
• 8‑13 years of relevant experience, primarily in HVAC, building controls or energy‑management sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in competitive environments.
• Experience selling through both channel and enterprise models.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management and decision‑making abilities.
• Self‑driven, creative mindset with an out‑of‑the‑box approach.
