Assistant Manager - Human Resources

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Human Resources will support the efficient operation of the Personnel Department at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon. Reporting to the Director or HR Manager, you will help implement Hyatt’s People Philosophy and ensure alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures consistent with Hyatt International standards.
• Help manage employee records, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and resolve HR issues.
• Contribute to HR reporting and analytics for management decision‑making.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar HR Assistant Manager or executive role within a larger operation.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
