Architect – Design & Construction Documentation

About the role

We are looking for an Architect who can move beyond concept design to produce detailed construction documents. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with GFC/working drawings, submission packages, and coordinated construction documentation for institutional, hostel, training, or residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
• Develop sanction/submission drawings and full construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural details with structural, MEP and other consultants.
• Incorporate client and site requirements into drawings and produce area statements and code‑compliance sketches.
• Conduct site coordination, periodic visits and prepare presentations, concept drawings and design documentation.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Revit/BIM (preferred).
• Proficiency in SketchUp and rendering/presentation tools.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and ability to read structural and MEP drawings.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
