Analyst – Forensics – Investigations & Compliance

About the role

EY is seeking a fresh graduate to join its National Forensics team in Gurgaon. The Analyst will support investigations and compliance engagements, helping clients protect and restore their financial and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Apply forensic audit, investigations and compliance review processes to client engagements.
• Analyze operational data, transaction records and supporting evidence to detect anomalies and control gaps.
• Utilise internal audit procedures and compliance frameworks to identify risk‑based issues.
• Prepare well‑structured reports, case documentation and factual summaries of investigation findings.
• Support audit and compliance engagements in a dynamic forensic environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduate (less than 1 year of audit experience) with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
