AI Solution Developer – Managed Services

About the role

PwC’s Acceleration Center in India is looking for a Senior Associate to design and deliver AI‑driven solutions for its Managed Services practice. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate their challenges into AI use cases and build prototypes that enhance assurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand processes, pain points and desired outcomes.
• Convert business requirements into structured use cases, solution designs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop and configure AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and related APIs.
• Build and fine‑tune agents, prompts, workflows and system integrations.
• Extend solutions with targeted custom code and collaborate with data and engineering teams to deliver production‑ready prototypes.
• Test functionality, troubleshoot issues and ensure response quality.
• Support deployment, documentation, user adoption and continuous improvement while adhering to security and responsible AI standards.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in AI solution development or related consulting roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in building and consuming APIs.
• Ability to write targeted custom code for AI workflows.
• Understanding of security, data privacy and responsible AI principles.
