About the role

We are looking for a qualified lawyer to represent clients in both judicial and extrajudicial matters, primarily in civil law, credit recovery, banking and consumer law. The professional will work closely with the legal team to ensure effective case handling and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as counsel in civil litigation and extrajudicial procedures, focusing on credit recovery, banking and consumer issues.
• Draft initial petitions, intermediate motions, defenses, objections to debtor embargos, and handle appeals and hearings.
• Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring timely progress and compliance with procedural deadlines.
• Maintain and update the firm’s case management systems with accurate information.

Required profile

• Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
• Strong knowledge of civil procedural law, banking law, and consumer law.
• Experience handling a high-volume case portfolio; background in legal controlling is a plus.
• Leadership mindset, result‑oriented, and strategic thinking.
• Commitment, proactivity, critical analysis, and dynamism.
