About the role

The Accountant will support functional accounting and reporting activities, handling receivables, payables, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, cash and banking. This role ensures accurate financial records and contributes to timely delivery of accounting information.

Key responsibilities

Accurately record transactions in the company’s financial ledgers.
Reconcile financial transactions and balances with supporting documentation.
Report to the Accounts Manager and handle assigned accounting duties.
Collaborate as a team player to deliver precise accounting information.
Maintain compliance with company policies and proactively resolve issues.

Required profile

Graduated in Accounting or Commerce with solid accounting knowledge.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a general accounting role.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Reliable, dedicated, and flexible to work additional hours as needed.
Willingness to take on additional assignments.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SAP or Hyperion (optional).
